Bought a used 5 series, want to bring it back to life properly

So I picked up a 2015 528i last month with decent mileage but the previous owner clearly didn't care much about the interior or the paint. The leather is shiny and cracked in places, there are swirl marks all over the bonnet, and the engine bay looks like it's never seen a cloth. I don't want to just slap on some cheap dressing and pretend it's fine, I want to get it properly cleaned and serviced so it actually feels like a nice car again. A guy at work mentioned bmw-garage.ae/luxury-service when I asked around about decent places, but I haven't looked into it yet and I don't know anyone who's actually used them. Has anyone here taken a used BMW in for a proper luxury going over? What did they actually do versus what was just talk, and did it make a real difference? I'm in Abu Dhabi so anything nearby is fine. I don't mind paying a bit if the work is careful, I just don't want to waste money on a glorified wash and vacuum.
