1 Roche BRAF MSS trial added 16th Apr 24
An interesting trial. As at start 2024 in phase 3 not phase 1. monoline on new inhibitor, some promising early results for those BRAF, MSS and with liver mets. run in UK sites including Sarah Cannon. Next generation type inhibitor to work by changing the behavior of the BRAF gene itself rather than block upstream and downstream growth.

A research institute based in London. Quite alot of trials, many suited to colon and some with BRAF mutations too.

3 Royal Marsden Trials added 16th Apr 24
They appear to have alot of trials and quite key for those with colon cancer where options can be exhausted comparatively early
