SIRT sugery
I'm not medically trained so this is not advice but simply some principles Ive followed and adapted according to surgery
type and situation.
- Tweak your diet in the lead up on the basis will want to come in strong as may be difficult to eat afterwards.
- IF like me you needed an extra day post recvery Tke it along with the rest. I had SIRT across the wholse of the livrer
so a bit more extensive and needing so recovery
-
Mobilse in hospitable as soon as possible Keep as good as possible i.e leg and upper body ready for when weaker.

- Mobilise out of bed and hydrate after surgery.
I tried eating fairly soon after and was sick so would go slower next time
Tips for after discharge
- Post surgery
Initially very tired and just went slow, focus on hydarating and eating easy soft foods
.
- Post surgery
Pain and inflamation peaked around 2 weeks post. Opa technical success byt by product of inflamation. Initially CEA trippled
due to circulating cells
- Post surgery
Before scans showed effectiveness around 4 weeks post surgery.
